Buttery Wheat Rolls
Buttery rolls, soft and warm! The first recipe I’ve personally prepared my making a dough in my whole life and all this was made live on stream on Mixer.
- Milk, warmed
- Instant yeast
- Salted butter
Luckily this recipe had easy to find ingredients that are present at any home.
The hardest part was to prepare the dough. In fact, we used all the flour we had which was an already opened and used package and we were concerned that it won’t be enough. We were very close to failing! But we made it and the dough became soft, ready to be made into rolls and baked.
Yey or nay:
After all, I think the result was great. The rolls were soft and warm. The only thing that was kind of strange was the taste. They basically had no taste at least for my receptors. Here in our country, we are used to a more salty taste when it comes to doughy baking. We usually prepare these mixed with feta cheese in the dough. So overall a Yey!
