Cornmeal Biscuits


  • 1 1/3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar chease
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation/Cooking Process:

Mix the flours, baking powder, salt and the butter in a bowl until there are not big chunks of butter left, then add the cheddar.

Mix and add the milk. Mix until you get a dough that you will be ok to work with.

Use a spoon to form cookies on top of baking paper.

Bake them for 10 to 30 minutes on 175 Degrees Celsius.
