Very easy and delicious fey bread that we made on the cooking stream.
- 1 & 3/4 cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking Powder
- 3/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Whole milk
- Vegetable oil for frying
We combined the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and worked with the milk gradually to make a soft dough(not sticky).
Turn out to a flowered surface and knead for several minutes and till the dough is smooth and it bounces back when poked.
Divide into equal pieces and roll for about 5-7 inches across. And we use a bottle to do that.
In a medium frying pan, heat 1-inch oil over medium heat,
When ready stay adding the bread about one or two pieces at a time (as much as your pan allows you to) they should get buffed up and golden very shortly, so when one side ready, flip to the other and do the same thing all over, add the frybreads to a dry surface or a dish (next to each other) let them cool for 2-3 minutes and enjoy with a topping of your choice.
