Kaldorei Bread


  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 egg beaten for glaze

This recipe is relatively easy if you are not “scared” of messing up with flour and making a dough because you know, you have to get our hands dirty.

Add the milk into a large bowl, stir the honey and then add the yeast, the egg, and the olive oil.

Add the dry ingredients and the flour a little by little until you get a dough that you can work with.

Leave the dough to sit for one hour in a warm room.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees C and divide the dough into smaller balls. 3 or 4. I devided it to 4 and made 4 pieces of bread.

Try to form them as leaves with your hands on a baking sheet. Then with a knife cut these marks.

Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy ūüôā
