• 1 1/2 ounces brandy
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
  • 12 ounces dark beer

Preparation/Cooking Process:

Brown Sugar simple syrup – over medium heat melt half a cup of brown sugar with two tablespoons of water until the sugar is dissolved.

Pour the brandy, lime juice and the simple syrup into a large beer glass. Pour the dark beer until the glass is full. Bottoms up!
