Savory Deviate Delight


  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 3 fish fillets
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 cups yellow corn
  • Splash white wine vinegar
  • red cabbage, freshly shredded


  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • pinch salt and pepper

Preparation/Cooking Process:

This recipe is super fast and easy for preparing. You can use whatever fish fillet you want. Mix the batter ingredients and prepare a pan with a lot of hot oil. Dry the fish fillets and dip them into the batter. Fry them into the hot oil on each side until they become golden. Leave them to rest in plate with a paper towel do drain and soak the oil.

In a separate pan add a dash of oil and roast the corn for a few minutes while stirring them until they become getting brown. Add the splash of vinegar and stir for another 30 seconds.

Then just place the corn and the shredded red cabbage on top the fried fillets in another plate for garnish and you are ready.
