Tender Shoveltusk Steak
- 2 steaks, 1 pound each
- olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon Northern Spices
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup red wine
Mix the herbs and gently rub the mixture into the steaks. Then heat the pan and melt the butter. Add the steaks and let them fry from both sides.
And now time for the wine sauce! Just pour a cup and let it sit until the meat soaks some wine and becomes red.
After you remove the steaks from the pan, add some flour to the remaining wine sauce in the pan and stir till you get it thick. Then pour the sauce over the steaks. Enjoy!
