Winter Veil Roast

Things might get juicy!
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of roast
- Olive oil, Salt, Pepper
- For the Sauce:
- 1 & 1/2 cups of red wine
- 3 shallots roughly chopped
- a bit of ginger,
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper,
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar,
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
Preparation/Cooking Process:

Just rub the herbs into the meat, put it in the oven on a roasting pan and boom! Watch it roast!

In the meantime you can prepare the souse mixing the ingredients on a medium heat until it becomes thicker. Then put the souse all over!
