Winter Veil Roast
Things might get juicy!
- Olive oil, Salt, Pepper
- Red Wine
- Ginger, ground cinnamon, ground black pepper, balsamic vinegar, butter
Just rub the herbs into the meat, put it in the oven on a roasting pan and boom! Watch it roast!
In the meantime you can prepare the souse mixing the ingredients on a medium heat until it becomes thicker. Then put the souse all over!
