Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Autumnal Herbs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Marshmallow Maringue
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Preparation/Cooking Process:
Do you love sweet potatoes? This recipe makes them even sweeter. We boiled them and it was very easy to peel their skin after that, it basically came off by itself.

The mixture with the herbs is a secret hehe. Just joking. If you would like to know more about the Autumnal herbs you can contact me directly. But other than that, you can add any spices of your taste.

We peeled and cut the potatoes. They were very hot so be careful.

This was supposed to be a mixture with marshmallow fluff but .. good luck with that in Bulgaria. I used ready to use cake cream instead. Well it wasn’t a good replacement because it was not as thick as the marshmallow would have been. So this whole thing turned out to be just a topping of some sort.

Sprinkle with brown sugar – yes yes lets add more sweetness. And bake 10 minutes.
