Herb-baked Eggs


  • a pinch of each thyme, rosemary and parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation/Cooking Process:

This is a great recipe for a good breakfast or a fast dinner that we prepared on our cooking stream. We haven’t had such eggs we usually boil them or do an omelet or fry them.

Herb-baked Eggs preparation

We used two middle-sized bowls. Pre-head only the top of the oven and move the rack as close as possible to the top. Put the heavy creme and the butter first in the bowls and put it in the oven. When it is all melted and starts bubbling quickly add 2 eggs in each bowl, and add the mixture of the herbs and parmesan.

Let it bake for another 3 minutes and is all done. Super easy and fast recipe.
