- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup minced salami meat
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- Fresh onion
Separate the stems and put the mushrooms on a sheet of baking paper.
Mince the stems and the meat. Have all the ingredients prepared.
Put the garlic with a little bit of oil on medium heat and add the remaining ingredients in about 2-3 minutes.
Wait for the mixture to cool off a bit and distribute it on the mushrooms.
Bake them for 15 minutes on 175 Degrees Celsius.
